Transparent Approach to Pricing
Service Rates
Trip Fee: $20.00
This fee applies to all Onsite Calls for travel time.
Onsite Rate: $89.00 (One-Hour Minimum)
Rate is for the first hour of service performed in your home or office.
Onsite 2nd Hour Rate: $89.00
Rate is for onsite repairs that require more than one hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
Shop Rates
Computer Pick-Up/Drop Off: $49.00
Rate includes the trip fee, pick-up and the return delivery, and set up of a computer we repair for you. (Other charges apply for printer/software installations once onsite)
Shop Diagnostic Rate: $49.00
Minimum diagnostic charge for a PC evaluation, that a client chooses not to fix. Waived if repairs are completed.
Shop Rate 1st Hour: $89.00
Rate is for the first hour of service performed in our shop.
Shop Rate 2nd Hour: $89.00
Rate is for shop repairs that require more than one hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
Flat Rate:
Rate will vary based on Shop Repairs exceeding 4 hours, or Website Projects.
Remote Rates
Remote Rate 1st Hour: $89.00
Rate is for the first hour of remote service performed in your home or office.
Remote Rate 2nd Hour: $89.00
Rate is for remote repairs that require more than one hour, billed in 15 minute increments.

Web Design Hourly Rate Per Hour: $59.00
Rate does not include: hosting, domain, email, word press, eliminator, plugins, art work, or digital advertising.
